A chronic dinner party host-turned-journalist, editor, producer, and content creator. Some of my influences come from my Chinese and Swiss heritage, my love for travel, and my upbringing in tropical Far North Queensland.

I was basically born with a dumpling one hand and a slice of cheese in the other, so you could say this has always been me.

Why?

I’ve been working in lifestyle media my whole career. After developing food content and recipes for other brands for years, I’ve finally found some time to do it for myself.

How?
